My name is Sagittarius Starclaw Ascella. I was born in December 12, 1562 in a small town cut off from the rest of civilization. The town I grew up in was a peaceful one with no need of strife. Sure a few of us quarreled every once in a blue moon but all was well. Except for that one night...
My father and I had a huge fight which engulfed my whole family within the debate. My father wanted me to be a royal advisor to the king, which i refused because of my desire to be a bowsman in the army. He didn't see the way I saw things so he took one of my arrows, broke the shaft in half and shoved the arrowhead into my left eye without remorse. He banished me from the house, packing my things in a heap of rage. After pulling out the arrow from mine eye andwaiting a few odd hours in the hot sun, he threw all of mine things onto the ground, including mine broken bow. How the bloodlust rose from within me. The inner darkness ready to extinguish all those around me.
That night, I could not find shelter at a nearby inn or anywhere habitable. I had to take shelter in a cave with wolves. Even though they were a band of omegas, they were hesitant to let me come into their territory, but they saw the agony in me. They understood and let me take shelter in the cave. The morning I arose, a strange device was in my posession. It has some sort of pressing mechanism on it, clear as ruby and my sign inside. The surrounding area was some sort of iron like color but did not smell of the ferrous kind. As a matter of fact, it was silver. The handle was a bright red with no texture, save for the intricate black wave-like details. Inbetween the strange structures sat circular silver and gold markings. With the way the device looked, I could get many an amount of money. However....
"Wish upon the stars..." a voice start saying in my head. I just thought of my childhood when I heard this when I would go stargazing so I thought nothing of it. I took the charm around with me everywhere I went. The omegas licked at my legs and whimpered because if it, perhaps saying that I should get rid of it but I didn't listen. I left the cave and went into town. As I pressed into the town, the voice grew inside of me. The memories of the day before started to take root, their seeds causing my sanity to fade away from existence. As I was about to hand the device to a merchant to acquire some gold, that final voice screamed in my head to wish upon the stars. Grabbing my head in agony, I knelt on the ground in pain. I screamed as if I was being murdered right on the spot and surely, villagers were looking at me strikingly odd.
The last thing I could remember was laughing, pressing my trinket and blacking out as stardust wrapped around me, the stars of Sagittarius the Archer displaying themselves among the stardust.
When I regained my sight, the villagers previously wondering about me lay on the ground, blood pouring from their bodies as they lay lifelessly. Knights then started to surround my black and blue garbed self with an eyepatch over my left eye. I started to run, not caring about what happened to me. I only cared about not dying at this point. Neighing could be heard from yards away. I pressed and pressed on, then instictively turning around as my bow was now in my hand. Arrows then came into my hand as if I pulled them from a netherworld. The arrows were drawn and then fired towards one of the horseback knights. As the arrow hit the knight's sword arm, the sound of clanging metal hit the ground. He fell as well, a loud clang heard as well. He was dead. After that, I turned back around and vanished into the darkness. I only thought about eating at this point. It must have manipulated my destination, because I ended up in a tavern, face flat on the hard, wooden floor. After a moment passed, I got up and sat myself at a table, watching the taveners sing songs of great battles while intoxicated with ale, wine, anything they could get their paws on. Just a quiet observer, the best thing that could happen to me so far. Or could it...
