This mighty being stands around twelve feet tall at his shoulders. he walks on digitigrade* legs and flies on draconic wings. his feet bear razor sharp talons. his mouth is made up of four mandibles and and an upper jaw.
he tends to speak in a low whisper and if attacked on a mortal plane he will let forth a raspy screech that seems to shatter reality it's self. he is capable of shifting through planes and manipulating time and space.

For the record, manipulating time is possible, because time is nothing more than a measurement of the decay of cells. It would be like saying "he can manipulate inches, or ounces."
